The automotive industry witnessed yet another significant milestone with the implementation of Canias4.0 technologies to the business processes of GGM.
In a significant step forward for the automotive industry, GGM incorporated Canias4.0 technologies into its operations. Beginning in 2020, IAS Global, in collaboration with Hyundai Autoever (a partner of GGM), worked on the initial phase of the project. The project was led and carried out under the supervision of Hyundai Autoever. This endeavor has further solidified Canias4.0's standing as a premier tech solution in South Korea's automotive realm.
By 2021, GGM had achieved notable success in integrating three pivotal modules of the Canias4.0 system: the financial group, project management, and human resources. The climax of this venture was the seamless integration of the end-to-end manufacturing processes with the Canias4.0 system in September 2021. This integration not only elevated GGM's operational efficiency but also streamlined its production capabilities, establishing GGM as a leader in adopting next-generation technologies.
The notable success at GGM spurred interest from various sectors, with the Turkish press highlighting the innovative strides the company was making. The extent of this success was evident when IAS executives, led by their proactive Chairman of the Board, Yaşar Hakan Karabiber, toured the GGM facility. This visit was not just a mere formality but an in-depth exploration, review, and appreciation of the ground-breaking project executed there.
The Canias4.0 system's transformative impact on GGM's operations has sparked a broader vision for IAS. Company officials now aspire to use the GGM project as a touchstone for future initiatives. Plans are already afoot to extrapolate this success to other projects in the sector, indicating a promising future for both IAS and its potential collaborators.
Furthermore, the success narrative of GGM has transcended South Korea's borders. Recognizing the Canias4.0 project's revolutionary impact, GGM has now branded this initiative as a "Reference Project." This title serves to position the venture as a benchmark for similar business models both within South Korea and on the international stage, testifying to its success and potential for replication.
