The CANIAS ERP Financial Accounting module can be
used either fully integrated to the CANIAS ERP system,
or as a stand-alone module. It delivers exemplary
financial statistics when used along with other modules
such as Purchasing, Sales, Materials Management, and
Production Planning and Control.
The CANIAS ERP Financial Accounting module have
been successfully evaluated and accredited by leading
financial auditors, and meets the advanced accounting
requirements of international organizations. It is
currently being used by our customers all across
Europe, Middle East and China.
The module can be rapidly customized for
country-specific requirements, as a result of its flexible
architecture and the graphical reporting wizard it
employs. With the integrated translation tool, the module can also be translated into other languages.
The CANIAS ERP Financial Accounting module
implements business processes in terms of cost inflow
from purchase, cost implications and the associated
income derived from outgoing invoices. The
complexity of business data is reduced by the help of
CANIAS ERP Financial Accounting module's intuitive
user interface, user-friendly features and enhanced
automation. In addition to traditional features such as
booking and analysis of financial data, CANIAS
Financial Accounting also offers a host of other
advanced features.
Allocation according to accounting plans
The module supports the usage of account plans and
statistical accounts. Numerous features including outstanding items evaluations, solvency figures, and
payment performances support the user in managing
outstanding items (OI).
The feature for issuing requests for payments allows
reminders to be generated based on customers and
dunning levels, using language and currency of
choice. Taking overdue fines into consideration, the
dunning process is automatically started after verifying
incoming payments. In addition to payments executed
through payment cycles and direct debiting, the system
also supports cheque printing.
Many standardized reports such as profit and loss account,
balance sheet, account forms, daybook, etc. can be
printed directly out of the application. Due to the use of
CANIAS Financial Accounting in various industries and
countries, other specific functions are also part of the
