As part of the 11th HR Conference held annually, Kariyer.net recognized several companies with awards in the categories of Respect for Individuals and the Best Enterprise Job Ad. For the Information Technology market segment, IAS Software received the award for Respect for Individual.
For the 5th time this year, Kariyer.net recognized several companies with awards in the categories of Respect for Individuals and the Best Enterprise Job Ad. In the event, held at Lutfi Kirdar Convention Center as part of the 11th HR Conference, IAS Software received the first place award for Respect for Individual in the Information Technology market segment. The award was accepted jointly by General Manager Mr. Hakan Karabiber and HR Manager Ms. Didem Sakin.
Sakin said that IAS Software has seen its revenues increase 80% in 2005, and increased its staff two-fold, and mentioned their efforts to provide for a happy and comfortable work environment the personnel, and described the importance placed on the recruitment process.
In the event held on February 22 and 23 as part of the 11th HR Conference, Kariyer.net recognized companies in 20 different market segments with awards.
In the conference hosted by MCT and Eventus titled "A Fresh Look at Enterprises, Individuals, and Leadership", the progress made in the area of human resources was questioned.
The keynote speakers at the conference included world-reknown experts, including Dave Ulrich, Dr. Jack Phillips, Lars Kolind, Michael Armstrong, Nigel Risner, Ernie Watson and from Turkey, Osman Pamukoglu and Ali Riza Ersoy.
