8th IAS Customer Day - IAS celebrates 20-year company anniversary together with customers and partners

On March 19th, IAS has invited to the 8th international Customer Day in the Radisson SAS Hotel, Ettlingen-Germany. The 20-year company anniversary was centre of attention and it was celebrated together with customers and partners. With participants form Switzerland, Austria, France, the Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Turkey and China, the IAS Customer Day was more than ever an international platform for the ever-growing number of innovative CANIAS-user.
Traditionally, the day included interesting presentations from customer projects, software development as well as experiential reports. Several lectures were captivated by supportive live presentations regarding respective systems of customers, which were connected via internet. Topics concerning maintenance, accounting and MIS met an interested audience.
Our guest speaker Mr. Ulrich Kritzner reported about the successful CANIAS introduction at Raesch Group of Companies. A classic example for a medium-sized business project, which was transferred "in-time and in-buget". Issues of large interest were paperless inventory with barcode scanner, rearrangements via PDAs as well as CTI-application (Computer Telephony Integration) which was shown as live-process in CANIAS ERP as inbound and outbound with integration in the CANIAS CRM afterwards.
At the end of the official part Mr. Canserver Sezer, Head of Consulting Department, gave a perspective on innovations, which can be expected from the developments. The Customer Day was closed with an anniversary buffet in relaxed atmosphere with interesting conversations.
The 8th international IAS Customer Day was an all around prosperous performance. Once again CANIAS ERP could demonstrate its proficiency of high flexibility and modern technology provided with innovative solutions. Accompanied with the company anniversary, IAS emphasizes a high degree of innovative ability, professionalism in software projects and customer service for 20 years now.
