CANIAS CRM Software Passes Certification Tests in Germany

The CANIAS CRM product, whose related R&D activities were completed in Turkey, was exhibited to the public by IAS (Industrial Application Software) at the Munich Systems 2004 trade show held recently. The product was initially investigated by the Schwetz Consulting firm at the trade show as part of the session titled "Universal Communications with CANIAS ERP" presented by Steffen Rattke and Joachim Lang of IAS GmbH, the branch of IAS located in Germany. Schwetz Consulting was interested in IAS's ERP and CRM technologies.
CANIAS CRM was certified in tests conducted following the completion of the trade fair. Tests focusing on customer relationship management software were applied by Schwetz, a 15-year firm well-placed in the CRM consulting business.
Following detailed and rigorous testing, IAS was awarded certification in two categories: "Contact Management" relating to small and medium sized businesses, and "Sales Planning and CRM" relating to large enterprises. CANIAS CRM, developed by IAS, was also evaluated for customer relationship management, collaboration (personal and enterprise assistant for contact management), sales, budgeting and planning, specific data transfer applications, specialized web-based CRM applications, and specialized application development capabilities.
In the report detailing the tests applied and the analysis conducted, Wolfgang Schwetz, chairman of the board of directors for Schwetz Consulting, mentioned that the firm had not come across another product that functioned as successfully as CANIAS CRM, providing consistent operations, full-featured functionality, high degree of flexibility, as well as allowing for specialized development capabilities and the adaptability to multiple application domains and operating systems.
