1 - Complete and Absolute Focus On the Customer
In today's rapidly changing market conditions, only customer-focused companies will be able to attain success. In order to become such a company, the following are necessary:
A - Fully understanding the customer and its requirements:
- We perform precise and accurate requirements analysis activities that uncover not only the short term goals of the customer but also its long term objectives and how IAS will be able to help meet them.
- We continuously adjust our products and services based on customer requirements, and do not expect the customer to adapt to our systems.
- We are meticulous in our hiring, and constantly strive to improve the quality of our products and services.
- We continually perform customer surveys to track the requirements of our customers.
B - Establishing long term relationships with each of our customers:
- We perceive each customer as a business partner, focus on their complete satisfaction, and attempt to learn all we can about their requirements.
- We keep our customers up-to-date on our products and services through continual close contact.
C - Helping each of our employees gain the perspective of our customers:
- All of our employees recognize that the definition of customer includes both internal and external customers.
- We help our employees to place themselves in our customer's shoes and understand how the customer feels.
- Our employees recognize that one of their responsibilities is to relay to their management all information relating to customer requirements.
D - Recognizing that a satisfied customer is our best sales representative:
- We keep current our relationships with each of our customers, meet with them on a regular basis, and discuss their needs and the progress of their implementations. We know that when our customers are happy with the products and services they obtain from us, they are likely to recommend us to other potential customers.
2 - Open Environment for Effective Contribution
For a powerful, innovative and successful organization, feedback from employees at all levels and inter-departmental meetings for knowledge sharing are vital. To accomplish this, we provide a platform where all personnel can share their thoughts and plans for continous progress.
- We treat each employee as an internal customer
- Through a carefully designed process, we award and promote employees who are customer-focused, have new and creative ideas, can provide constructive criticism and are well-versed in our corporate systems, and exemplify to all employees those values that are important for our organization.
3 - Innovative and Competitive Spirit
In a rapidly changing global environment, we recognize that as IAS, we need to be more proactive, creative and aggressive in setting our own course. We do not allow established mindsets and accepted methods of doing business to prevent us from responding to and benefiting from new opportunities.
To be successful in this endeavor, we continually support and award innovation. To nurture new ideas in our brainstorming processes, we discount the feasibility and the financial costs for innovation, and focus instead on the IAS of the future 5 and 10 years out.
4 - Precise and Clear-Cut Organizational Structure
We recognize that like other successful organizations, the success of IAS correlates to the effectiveness of its organizational structure and the motivation of its work force. We understand that organizations which have precise and clear-cut organizational structures not only withstand change, but actually anticipate it ahead of time and manage it. To accomplish this, we focus on the following three points:
- Establishing a long-term relationship with each of our customers
- Converting fixed costs into variable costs as much as possible to minimize our overall cost structure
- Increasing the value-added benefits created by IAS products and services
5 - Planning with Focus on Strategy
We recognize that to be successful in challenging business conditions, a vision that is well-understood by all, a strategy to achieve this vision, and a complete understanding of the markets in which we operate are required. For corporate goals and plans to be successful, all employees must be cognizant of these goals, and share in and focus on these goals for success.
